REB semi-automatic stainless steel 4-piston filler is a pneumatically powered volumetric filling machine that allows dispensing of flowable products. The products can range from thick paste to thin liquids. It can dispense product into containers continuously or in manual mode by foot pedal at the rate of up to 70-100 portions per minute. The filler has 1.5" diameter cylinders and capable of filling range of .491 to 4.9 oz. fluid ounces. It requires compressed air at a pressure of 80-90PSI. The hopper measures: 25"Lx10"Wx10"Deep. The filling height is adjustable from 29-1/2" to 43". FOB Lake City, PA.

Stein XL-24-JH breading machine with 24" wide product belt assures even coverage on both sides of the product with an even mixture of coarse and fine Japanese crumbs. Belt speed range is 20-60 FPM. Heat and Control Multipurpose oven, model MPO-E-2012. Oven has a 20" wide product belt with12' in heat zone. Oven is gas fired with steam capability to allow controlled-moisture cooking that cooks rapidly without burning or drying, sealing in products natural moisture and flavor and resulting in high product yeilds. The MPO comes standard with one convection zone and multiple impingement zones with humidity control so complete it can be turned into a steamer. A wet bulb humidity control system controls moisture loss and increases yields by 25%. Oven includes automatic CIP using Cherry WB C328 pump and 5 HP motor. Electrical is 480 volt, 3 phase, 30 amp, CFIA # H79 08/07/83 M.
Also included is a Nothum Char Marker top marking only, 1/4" wide x 3/4" spacing on markings, natural gas fired, 24" wide marking zone, installed 2005, serial number 39420496. This cooking line is still installed and complete with all operating controls, safety controls and ventilation components.
