Blentech Cooking Blender, Single Shaft, 33 gallon capacity

All stainless steel blending cooker. Designed for heavy viscous products, faster more even cooking, single ribbon agitator with reversible scrapers that are spring loaded to press against blender wall. Blender cooking area is 30" long x 18" wide x 18" diameter ribbon. Overall depth is 24" from bottom of tub to lip. Wrap around steam jacket has more heated surface for better heat transfer, pneumatic end discharge door, safety grate over mixing area that is hinged on one side. Cooker has 60 psig jacket @ 307 degree F & MDMT -20F @ 60PSIG; National Board# 161. Built in 1996. Discharge is single pneumatic door. The unit has 3 HP motor drive 460 volt with VFD speed controller. Working volume is 33 gallons or approximately 300# at 50# per cubic foot. Overall dimensions 7' long x 28" wide x 74" floor to lip of mixer. 48" discharge height, total height with safety grate open 84".
