Mixer/grinder with 500 pound hopper and stainless steel first grind arms, uses a size 56 grinding head The main grinding motor is 15 HP, a separate 5 HP motor is used to drive the feed auger and both mixing shafts. This self feeding mixer grinder can produce a steady flow of ground meat up to 500# in less than 3 minutes through a 1/8" plate. Mix and grind or mix only for large or small chunks of fresh or tempered flaked frozen meat (24 degree F or higher) Electrical is 220V, 3-phase. Hopper is stainless steel but the frame is galvanized. This unit has been refurbished with new bearing and seals for agitator, new chains as well as refurbished drive motors and gearboxes. Front end grinding assembly has been rebuilt and replated with nickle plating. Electrical has been replaced new. Mixer grinder is rebuilt and fully operational. FOB Lake City, PA.
