Urschel Dicer Md# J9

Urschel J series dicer with 6" wide cutting zone, product infeed belt is 6" wide. Using interchangeable parts dicer is capable dice sizes 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" square. The largest possible size piece is 1-1/2" x 2". Dice thickness (third dimension) is determined by product thickness, maximum thickness is normally 3/8" (manufacturer offers optional part to allow 1/2" product thickness). Dicer is offered fully reconditioned with stainless steel frame, plated main side castings, new product belt, new spindle bearings, reconditioned electrical system including Urschel safety interlock system. Existing configuration is 12 blade crosscut, 1/4" feed drum & stripper plate, 3/4" circular, other sizes can be ordered at additional cost.
