GMC Cannon Slicer/Grinder; Md#1600

The Cannon replaces separate frozen block flakers, slicers and grinders with one compact machine, therefore reducing energy and maintenance costs. The Cannon is fitted with two sets of 6 (12 total) heavy duty stainless steel "Cycle Slice" blades that are bolted to stainless steel drum allowing blocks up tp 9"x 20" x 30" to pass through. The drum turns at approximately 60RPM. The blades adjust to produce chunks from approximately 1/2" to 1-1/2" thick x 4"x 6". After flaking, the product is fed into nickel plated hopper of the grinder with 8-5/8" diameter barrel and grinding plate. The grinder screw turns at 190 RPM. FOB Lake City, PA.
