Gates Top Off Linear Scale

Gates model 920i bucket scale with 3-lane vibratory feeders; buckets are 12" x 12" x 9-1/2"deep. It has 18"W manway with railing in the back. Overall dimensions are 91"L x 68"W x 5 9"H. Great for expensive products when give-away is critical! Works as effectively as the high priced combination weighers at a fraction of the cost. Will tie into other packaging equipment including conveyors and baggers. When an operator assisted in the final weight make-up, an operator stand can be ordered with a convenient surface for excess product. Program is easy to use and adjust to your needs. Read out is large and easily understood. 3-light system quickly lets operator know when weight is over, under or correct. Batches will not dump unless weight is correct. Complete stainless steel construction. NEMA 4X wash down in corrosive environment. Complete with Rice Lake 920i controls.
