Koch/Ilpra Automatic MAP Tray Sealer; Md#FP700

The Koch Model FP700 automatic tray sealer is a versatile, in-line sealer with MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) capability. Designed to reduce packaging costs while enhancing product appearance, shelf-life, and package durability. The FP700 is ideal tray sealer for small to medium sized commercial production. Constructed of stainless steel and anodized aluminium, the FP700 is built to operate in wash-down environments. Its in-line feed rails are fully adjustable and will accommodate bowls, trays (Foam or rigid trays), boats and family packs. Trays are advanced by a stepper motor into the sealing mold, sealed then automatically discharged into an exit conveyor. Tooling chngeover is fast and easy. The FP700 seals two trays per cycle. Present tooling is for #3 size MAP trays. Actual dimensions for MAP trays is 7.75" x 5.75". Measured 5/4/16. The unit is 220V, 3PH, 60HZ. FOB Lake City, PA.
