Gang Slicer has a 12" wide slicing area with 14" dia circular blades set at 1/2" centers. It is designed and last used for slicing frankfurters. The slicer has a self-contained 2HP motor and gearbox that is 230/460V, 3 phase. The feed assembly is designed for long cylindrical products like frankfurters or sausages.
