Bettcher Press/Former; Md#75 Dyna-Form

Bettcher 75 Dyna-Form is ideal for pressing properly tempered products into wide variety of shapes with proper die sets for later slicing into portion controlled units. The press motion during the forming of product to the die shape consists of two separate steps. After the product is loaded into the open die cavity, a vertical motion causes the die to close around the product, then a ram with adjustable pressure moves horizontally forcing the product to conform to the die cavity and its shape without voids and has square ends. Unit is hydraulically driven and is complete with 15HP power pack. The unit is 460V, 3Ph, and comes with (1) in stock die. The former is in good working condition. FOB Lake City, PA.
