Wolf stainless steel Holding Tank, with water jacketed gear pump. The holding tank is used to heat and keep chocolate and similar fat-based masses warm. The stirrer provides a uniform temperature distribution in the chocolate. The gear pump mounted under the tank pumps the chocolate from the tank to the distributor block to which the consumer is connected. The heating circuit is filled with water. The holding tank is electrically installed and all controls are mounted in enclosed control panel. Unit is used and has been tested in good operating condition.
