The 9000 Series commercial cheese shredder has dual shredding chambers and was developed for high-volume cheese shredding operations. The chamber size of 8"_x009d_ W x 12"_x009d_ H x 25"_x009d_ L (203mm W x 305mm H x 635mm L) allows processors of 40 lb (20kg) blocks to avoid size reduction operations prior to grating. The generous chamber dimension allows processors to run blocks or wheels and is suitable for hard-cheese grating. The optional Auto-Load system includes a Quick Clean conveyor that automates the loading of the cheese shredding chamber.
