Electric Char Marker; 20"W x 4', Refurbished

Electric char-marker, presently 20" x 4' long wire mesh belt,  10" dia steel drum with 3/8" deep ribs create char marks on product, 3/4" centers, (9)  New Calrod heaters at 5.2 amp each develop heat for steel marking drum.  Product belt is wire mesh and driven by 1 HP DC drive. Unit has new wire mesh belting, DC drive assembly has been refurbished and provided variable speed control for product belt.  Unit has new Heatmax heaters TUBULAR,2500W,480V U-SHAPED .315" DIAMETER INCOLOY 840 ELEMENT, 28-3/8" LONG, 1-3/16" CENTERS, 1/2 - 20 x 7/8" (SS) BULKHEADS, FLAG TYPE TERMINALS.  these provide the heat for the char-drum.  this unit is 480 volt.  60 amp.  Char marker is set up for manual height adjustment for product range between 0 and 2".  Height must be preset for given height for productions.  This unit has an stainless steel insulated hood over the heated drum with 6" port for ventilation.  No exhaust system is provided with this unit.
