Vacuum planetary mixer or kneading machine with (2) 160 KG trolleys, computer controlled kneading times with audible alarm, top opening, with varous program capacities. This style of mixing is based on two essential points goal to avoid the meat or product moving around a fixed axis and second by using the bowl shape all corners and flat areas have be eliminated. With two trolleys interchanging finished goods for product to be mixed is quick and effective. The agitator is built of a tubular design for easy cleaning. Mixer capacity is 160 KG per trolley, rated capacity is 1500 KG per hour. Overall dimension of the machine are 60" long front to back, 30" wide x 48" high with lid closed and 62" high with lid open. Mixer has vacuum pump gasketed lid for vacuum operation. Mixer also includes Rocasa stationary column lift, Md #T-200, s/n 1240 that is fitted to match the 160 KG trolleys.
