Fuerpla String Linker, Md LS 97

All stainless steel string linking assembly. Designed for tying string in a continuous row for various types of sausage. Capable of working with collagen and cellulous casings up to 60 mm. Built with smooth surfaces and no corners for fast cleaning. Machine is adjustable for both speed and diameter of sausage. Cabinet is 30" long x 19.5" deep x 41.5" high. Last used with our item #17454 Fuerpla Continuous Vacuum Stuffer. Unit is 220 volt, 3 phase, 0.75 kW. Unit is used in good operating condition.
