Stainless steel Mold tower for ham or cooked meats, 48 molds/tower

Stainless steel cook racks for molds. (48) molds per tower, molds are 4" wide x 4' deep x 39 1/2" long. Mold pans are designed to fit into rack and the assembly clamps down to create pressure on the cooking product. All stainless steel construction with molds removable for cleaning. We have (4) of this size tower for sale. Overall dimensions of rack is 42 x 42 x 6' tall. These racks are not on casters previously used with overhead rail system. Units could be converted to floor use at additional charge. Price quoted is per tower including full set of molds and (1) SS open sided bin for mold storage during cleaning.
