The General Machinery Corp. model 5000 Tenderit is ideal for producing "Cube Steaks" . It consists of three tenderizing modules, two of which are adjustable. Meat turns without handling and passes through a second tenderizing module. It is capable of producing up to 30 portions per minute. Finished steaks are discharged package ready.
