Shufflo cutter designed to orient long slender products into same direction and then feed product through roller knives to attain precise particle length. construction is all stainless steel and Delrin. Unit has 17" wide infeed "shuffle" conveyor. Roller knives cutting zone is 15" wide and are currently spaced at 1/2" intervals to give 1/2" long particle size. Unit is used and remains in very good working condition.
