Factory number 117300, 40" wide product belts, 3 HP helical drive, unit is ideal for portion packers. Former will gently press and expand boneless chicken, veal, pork products into randomly shaped but uniform thickness cutlets. Hand crank wheels adjust the thickness of the finished goods, 40" wide PVR white contact surface products belts with scrapers mounted on both feed & discharge clean product belts. Belt speed of upto 60' per minute, capacity up to 6500#/hr, and the thickness is adjustable from 0-4". Unit is 9' long overall. No belting. FOB Lake City, PA
