Blentech HS-30

The Blentech HS-30 is a 30 cubic foot jacketed surge hopper designed to mate with a Blentech cheese cooker. The vessel has a non-code jacket designed for hot water. Agitation with scrapes for keeping cheese from burning onto jacket surface. The diameter of the vessel is 52" with 17" straight wall. The total depth is 37". It has hinged lids and a 2.5" sanitary bottom discharge. The unit has a 1HP, 230/460V drive. FOB Lake City, PA.
