Seydelmann Bowl Chopper; Md#K326 DC80, 325 Liter, VFD Controller

All stainless steel bowl chopper, 325 liter with approx. emulsion capacity of 600 Lbs, complete with lid, bowl loader and un-loader, VFD with Cutler Hammer VFD, independent drive and gearbox assembly for bowl drive, 6-blade knife set. The special design minimizes temperature rise which in turn produces a product with better color and improved binding characteristics. Bowl chopper is ideal for products such as meat emulsions and shredding cheese. Standard un-loader wheel is in place to unload finished product. Chopper will have two speeds preset; typically 100% and 50% but can be set as needed by client. Electrical Power needed is 440 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz, 308 amps. Chopper is complete with electrical panel for operation. Chopper was built in 1999 and control panel built in 2015. Available for inspection in Lake City, PA.
