Groen model TA-200 is a jacketed steam kettle with single and scrape surface agitation that is designed for heavy duty processing with strong and reliable agitator kettle features twin shaft agitation with a Groen twin shaft gearbox. This deluxe agitator provides finger-like scraper blades which scrape side walls and swirl the processed material toward the secondary mixer for continuous, all-inclusive agitation. For ultimate sanitation, the TA features exclusive quick-disconnect couplings which permits the entire agitator assembly to be taken apart in a few seconds. USDA approved design. The kettle is 316 stainless steel with 3" sanitary bottom discharge. It is 100 psi @ 338 degrees F. National Board#127072. The electrical is 230/460V, three phase.
