Cozzini Vat Dumper, Self-Contained Hydraulic

Cozzini model CVD610 vat dumper utilizes stainless steel, 4″ (102 mm) diameter hydraulic cylinders. Self-lubricating polymer bushings in stainless steel housings. Extra-heavy, industrial-strength, dependable construction. Counterbalance valves ensure utmost safety by supporting loads if the hydraulic system fails. Soft-shift valving system completely eliminates operator “bump” discharge motion, a problem that can significantly damage the dumper and creates safety hazards. USDA accepted and CE approved. Built in conformity with AMI sanitary equipment design principles. It is equipped with a juice catcher and a variable height hold-down bar.  Adjustments for vat clearance under the bar are at 51”, 47”, 43”, and 37”.  Clearance for vats up to 49” is provided between carriage frame members and the vat base is solid from edge to edge. It is 460V, 3 Phase.
