Lee Industries Kettle w/Dual Motion Scrape Surface Agitation; Md#150D9MT; Built 2015

Lee Industries 150 gallon capacity kettle model D9MT has a unique design with a true hemispherical bottom, ideal for mixing, providing high efficiency heating and cooling. It features traditional high-polished sanitary finish, sanitary flanged rims, and all stainless steel product contact parts.

This kettle is Style D- Super Jacket Stationary with Uniflow Coil Jacket

• Continuous coil automatically welded to vessel straight side for exceptional bond
• Hot or cold spots eliminated with Lee’s Uniflow coil jacket providing uniform thermal flow

The agitation is Style 9M:

Style #9M - Double-motion with scraper blades, counter rotating shaft with agitator bars

• Meets the most stringent sanitary requirements with a sanitary quick disconnect coupling on the counter-rotating shaft
• Bottom end-plate contains a USDA-approved bushing to assure alignment
• USDA approved

The agitation is tilted out via a water actuated cylinder.

The kettle is 90 psi @332 degrees F and 90 psi @ -20 degree F. National Board# 13418. Built in 2015.

It has a 4" ball valve bottom discharge.

The agitator is driven by a 3HP, 230/460V motor; currently set for 220V. FOB Lake City, PA.
