Model 125 Tray Denester accepts consumer trays in a vertical stack and dispenses a single tray upon command from integrated equipment. This model utilizes rotating shafts to singularly separate trays from the vertical stack.  This unit is customizable for your specific application and can be directly integrated into your existing conveyor system with little to no modifications required. This unit can be sold stand-alone with mounting provisions to mount on your existing conveyor; a stainless steel moveable stand; or most often is integrated with our Model 238 Tray Feeder to provide a complete tray dispensing system with tray inventory.
