Streamlined in design, the two-dimensional cutting Model M is a versatile machine designed for dicing, strip cutting, or shredding a variety of products through a wide range of sizes. Ideally suited for cutting frozen-tempered, fresh-chilled, or hot cooked beef, pork, or poultry. The Model M operates continuously at high production capacities, and is designed for easy cleanup and maintenance. This dice is being refurbished with standard drive assembly including new drum brake assembly, operating speed is set up as standard speed (1671 rpm), new shafts & bearing on all assemblies, new cutting knives on strip assemblie set up for 3/8" strip with 3/8" feed drum & roll, cross cut assemble will included 3/8"; 3/4" and single blade 3" cut off option of one at quoted price. Electrical includes (2) Urschel safety interlocks using (8) safety relays, upgraded to VFD using 440 volt electrical. All safety covers and guard assemblies are complete. Unit is in excellent operating condition with all refurbish work completed.
