Enviro-Pak ovens are designed for the high volume processor, traditionally used for ham, bacon, sausage and many other products.This model CVU-6-MPOV-G is a 6-truck oven with vertical airflow via cones and the air oscillates from side-to-side.The oven is set up for wood chip smoking. Oven comes with CIP system which is used to clean the upper blower system weekly. Oven has capacity of 6000 Lbs. The oven has MP-2500 PLC control system with downloading, auto control product shower, auto control steam cook/humid, auto control wood generator, and pneumatic style door gaskets. The oven comes with 12 nesting, 10-tier stainless steel smoke racks with 1/2" frame heavy duty screens. Buyer is responsible for loading.The trucks measure 38W X 45L X 74.5 High.
