Amana / Raytheon Microwave, Md#QMP 1879B Batch Processor
The QMP1879 batch processor is an industrial microwave oven designed for batch tempering of frozen meat, fish, fruit or poultry. This RadarLine Processor will temper a typical load of about 300Lbs in seven minutes. The processing time can be varied to give precise control of temperature rise or temper. The oven's interior dimensions are 50"x42". The loaded table iscillates during the tempering cycle so that the energy is more uniformly distributed throughout the product being tempered.
The RadarLine Batch Processor has the following advantages:
* Adds flexibility to processing because tempering is done only as required.
* Allows predictable ending temperature with controlled temperature rise. This enables further processing to be carried out under optimum conditions of product temperature or hardness.
* Eliminates the need for tempering rooms or racks; saves space and handling.
* Improves sanitation and saves labor stripping cartons, since tempering takes place in the carton.
* Improves quality and yield since drip loss is minimized. Protein and flavor compounds are retained.
* Simplifies compliance with sanitation temperature control regulations and guidelines.
The unit has MARK 50B Transmitter, S/N:0201, 460V, 3Ph, 60Hz, 50amps.

Checker Spiral Steam Oven, 34" wide x 708' Long, 6000#/hr Capacity
There is a Checker spiral steam oven for sale, currently in storage. The Md# is Job# 56652 and the s/n is J-3508 and it is made by Checker. This is considered to be in good condition as and was removed and replaced by a larger capacity oven. It was purchased new and installed in 1995 and ran successfully for years at 6000 pounds per hour. The original purchase price was $403,800. It is stored indoors. The oven is 24’ square and stands 11’ tall. With the 3’ legs, the overall height would be 14’. It will require disassembly to remove from the building. The belt width is 34 inches and has an active length of 708’ with a total length of 770’. There are 12 tiers with a 6” spacing. Available for immediate sale.
