Berief Homiko Horizontal Mixing, Cooking and Roasting Kettles
All stainless steel 200 liter cooking kettles with horizontal agitator and scraper with spring pressure capable of high-pressure steam up to 10 bar. Kettles are 200 liter capacity approximate 31" wide x 30" diameter agitator. Agitators have scrapers for both sides and walls of cooking vessels. Each cooker is complete with water facet for filling, safety grate for adding ingredients during agitation and lid for closed cook cycle. Discharge is 4" port side discharge using Sine pump size SPS-4" for each vessel. Pumps are 4" inlet and 4" discharge. Cookers are complete with steam valves, traps, set of (2) 4" APV ball valves and various valves for product piping.
Machine mounted pump:
Seimens 4 kw (5.3hp) motor.
Motor is multiple voltage and hz. capable. Will operate on all common voltages at 50 or 60 hz.
Motor speed is 1,455rpm @ 50hz. and 1750rpm @ 60 hz.

Chester Jensen Cooker/Cooler, Size X70N5, 50 Gallon Working Capacity
All stainless steel single motion scrape agitation, 50 gallon working capacity, 116 full capacity gallons, OD on kettle is 50", 30 degree cone bottom, 11" deep straight walls, cone is 12-5/8" deep, center bottom discharge. This unit has a single drive motor, 2 Hp 3-phase) with a 30:1 gear reduction for the scrape agitation (scrape straight wall and cone bottom). Manufacturer rates the steam jacket at 100 PSI @ 340. Cooker-cooler is offered in very good working condition. Photos are of machine before any reconditioning work has been accomplished.The unit is 220V.

This tilting kettle is a self-locking, quick acting geared unit, which stops in any desired position. The tilt mechanism is a totally enclosed worm & gear unit. Its gentle inclined agitator with large scrape paddles and lifting/folding motion mixing action thouroughly blends and mixes with positive action. Particles and ingredients are quickly dispersed through the batch and held in suspension to insure homogeneity. Kettle has a 3HP, 230/460V SEW Eurodrive (Currently set for 230V), and has a pneumatically operated plug valve for liquid drainage, valve discharge is threaded 2.75" ID and 3.5" OD.
