Fomaco Brine Injector, Bone-In & Boneless, Md# FGM 512 Twin DW
Formaco brine injector with bone-in and boneless capabilities (two types of needles with machine). Injector is offered in excellent working condition including a rectangular brine filter system. Injector can work on products such as pork or poultry. Was purchased in 1998 and was taken off line in spring of 2008. Electrical is 220/ 440/60, amps 41.2/24, 10.2 kw. Designed for medium to high injection levels, walking beam transportation system for product, direct drive all stainless steel pump assembly. manual control system. Needle assembly runs 20 to 70 strokes per minute, pump motor 2 x 4 HP, pressure pump 1.5 to 5.5 bar, max product height 150 mm ( 6"), advance per stroke 60 mm, walking beam width 552 mm (18.75"), number of needles 512.

Fomaco brine injector with bone-in/boneless capabilitiy. Injector is offered in good working condition. Injector can work on bone-in products such as hams or boneless products such as pork bellies. Injector has two separate 2HP & 3HP motors for needle bridge and pump. The pump capacity is 104 L/min with beedle bridge of 15/70 strokes per minute. The injector has a 22.44" wide conveyor and 9.06" high product clearance. The unit is 230/460V, 3Ph, 60Hz. The injector has recently been reconditioned extensively and is available for immediate sale.

Metalquimia Rotary Filter
Metalquimia rotary filter last used with a brine injector. Unit has two stages of filtration. First stage flows water through rotating wheel with screens. Water drops through screen and into trough which directs the water into the storage tank where the water goes through one more stage of screening prior to being used. Filter assembly will need some repairs prior to use. Unit is offered "As Is".
