JACOB SCHMIDT Blancher, (1) Tank 24" wide x 23'
Jacob Schmidt blancher with electric heaters and direct steam assist. Tank has a top & bottom conveyor with 2" spacing between belts to ensure product gets submerged in hot water. Heat is provided by electric heating elements in the lower tank and suplimented with direct steam injection. Product belt is 24" wide x 23' long. Unit is offered "As Is" for the price quoted.

All stainless steel steam jacketed blancher, 24" dia auger x 15' long inside, 20' long overall, unit has (4) side mount ports for jacket circulation, product discharge is via ferris wheel type for side discharge. Unit does have a gear reduced drive currently mounted.
