AMF Stainless Steel Mixer, 1000# capacity, Heavy duty
All stainless steel tilt bowl mixer last used for pasta type dough, 1000# capacity, mixer uses 200 HP main drive with Variable speed controler for the 200 HP drive. Mixer has heavy duty bar type agitation, includes intermidiate flour hopper on load cells and stainless framework for suspending the flour hopper. Mixer also includes (1) unloading table, 6' long x 4' wide cart with high sides for holding batch of finish dough. Unit is offered "where is, as is" and buyer is responsible for loading.

Chocolate Shaver and Similar Products
All stainless steel construction this machine has three vertical feed chutes for solid chocolate or similar products. A 20" diameter rotary shredder knife rotates under the feed chutes to shred product as it feeds down through the chutes. Each chute has a pneumatic ram to put steady pressure on the product ensuring consistent shred size. Each product chute is 10" x 1.5" in cross section, chutes are 22" high. Unit is used and offered in very good working condition.

Dry Goods Storage Tank, 1300 Gallon (175 Cubic Feet)
All stainless steel dry powder storage tank with 6-3/8" diameter ID bottom discharge. Top of tank has several connections including a 18" diameter man-hole and a 8-1/4" diameter connection. Tank is 80" diameter x 60" high on straight wall. total volume is 175 cubic feet or 1300 gallons. Unit will need support legs fabricated (4 support brackets are on tank side). Unit is in excellent condition. Last used at a USDA food plant.

All stainless steel construction, dry ingredients blower and cylindrical hopper with rectangular igredients dispenser. Rectangular hopper has two rotating disks with paddle wheels to deflect ingredients off spinning disk for even distribution of product. Units are used and offered "As Is".

Reading Bakery Systems, Series IV Extruder
Reading Bakery Systems Series IV extruder with 3 x 13" dies to form a 39" wide head. System was used for co-extrusion with a second single head machine (sold separately). This three head system fed the 39" wide stream of dough onto a 40" wide wire belt conveyor. This unit can process approximately 3,750 pounds of dough per hour. Unit was new in 1999, currently out of production, remains in excellent condition.
