All stainless steel Treif Euro-Line dicer is designed in such a way as to allow elements to be removed quickly and easily (i.e. cleaning) in order to make it as convenient as possible to operate. The product to be cut is fed in simply and easily, then pre-pressed in a gentle and low-noise process and fed into a double-stroke grid set made of high-grade steel. This technique allows even the most delicate of products to be finely cut. The max infeed length & cut-off length are 14.17" & 0.02 to 1.42". The cutting chamber size is 3.31"x3.31" and the max hourly capacity is about 2200Lbs. The unit is currently 415V, 50/60Hz but will be converted to 230 or 460V as per customer's need. The dicing grid has capability of 6mm dice (smallest possible) but is currently set @ 36mm ( 2 blades each direction.)

In house test detected a 3 mm sample of 316 stainless steel. We are offering the detection head only. No conveyor is included in this price. The unit is used and in excellent condition; ready to ship.

Weiler 8" grinder using 40 HP belt drive, side-mount stainless steel frame. General application fresh and tempered trimmings about 20# pieces 1/8" reduction = 175# minute depending on products. All grinder parts will be replated during rebuild. The grinder has stainless steel hopper and extension. Unit has B hub with 1780-6HB gearbox. Grinding auger (#110-121885TX) is plated as well as barrel and ring. Electrical starter panel is included in quoted price based on 480 volt, there will be additional charge for 220-240 volt starter.
